Parcel Platoon is unable move people, pets, livestock, drugs, guns, weapons, hazardous materials, fine art, gemstones, currency, or anything that is illegal or illicit. We also cannot move extremely heavy and bulky items such as pianos, hot tubs, and large safes.
Please be sure to mindful of the size of your items. If your project is too large for a delivery van, it may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Parcel Platoon is generally much more affordable and reliable than traditional courier services. Every estimate is customized based on the delivery distance and parcel size and overall demand within the platform. Absolutely, we can always help you out no matter what time of day/week it is! Simply book through our form and one of our drivers will be assigned to complete your delivery.
If a cancellation is made before your job has been accepted and one of our drivers is en-route, then no cancellation charge will apply. If no one is available on pickup then our drivers will normally wait 10 mins and attempt to make contact with the sender. However, if the parcel cannot be collected or delivered then due to this then the full price will remain chargeable. You should review our terms and conditions prior to booking your driver.
You sure can! Our drivers will typically message you once the job has been assigned and you will be able to see their details once your order is confirmed and assigned by our platform.
